It was a pleasure to visit Afon y Felin Primary School recently and speak with pupils about Wales’ voice in Parliament and what it’s like to serve as an MP.
We had a great discussion linked to their work on Cynefin, Welsh identity, and representation, topics that are so important in helping young people understand their place in Wales and the wider world. I was really impressed by the pupils’ curiosity, thoughtful questions and enthusiasm to learn more about how their voices can be heard.
Thank you to all the staff and pupils for such a warm welcome – providing opportunities like this makes a real difference in bringing learning to life.
