It was fantastic to go along and hear about what a hub of the community Unique Fitness Maesteg is.

The gym makes huge efforts to be highly accessible to all and they have lots of equipment and a dance studio.

The gym has come on in leaps and bounds since Chris took over the derelict social club and made it into this fantastic gym.

He has welcomed the charity Special Families Maesteg into part of the building where they offer support to families and children with additional needs and learning disabilities.
