It was a lovely morning on Aberavon beach with the sun shining down on us for the Stroke Association’s Step Out For Stroke event. It’s a chance for stroke survivors, friends and families to take part in a walk together. Lots of people turned out, including a steel drum band, to support this wonderful cause. It was inspiring to hear from stroke survivors and their families.
