There was a fantastic community vibe at the Richard Burton 10k. Over 1,700 took part! It’s an amazing event that really puts Cwmafan and Pontrhydhyfen on the map. I dragged myself to the finish line in 52 mins, so 3 mins slower than last year… The old legs ain’t what they used to be…
