As the local MP for Aberafan Maesteg, I’m delighted to support Port Talbot’s bid to become UK Town of Culture 2028. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase our town’s creativity, heritage, resilience and community spirit on a national stage.
But most importantly, this bid is about our future, creating opportunities, supporting regeneration and leaving a lasting legacy for local people.
