Together with the Shadow Minister for Peace and Disarmament, I wrote to the Foreign Secretary about reports that China has conducted a low-yield underground nuclear test. We called on the government to work with the UN to remove any threat of an escalation between China and the United States, and urge both to ratify the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty.
