Last Friday I hosted a meeting for steelworkers affected by the BSPS pension scandal, to enable them to convey their issues to Rachel Kent, the Financial Regulator’s Complaints Commissioner (FRCC).
It was a powerful and at times moving discussion, and in her closing remarks the FRCC confirmed the importance of hearing directly about the financial and human impact of what has taken place.
