It was a pleasure to see the team from Blood Bikes Wales at the Richard Burton 10K on Sunday.

I enjoyed hearing about all of the incredibly and life saving work they do. Not only do they collect and deliver blood to save lives, but they also collect milk from mother’s who over-lactate. This is then pasteurised and frozen and then given to premature babies to increase their chances of survival.

I pay tribute to Mark and the rest of the team for their incredible work!
