We are continuing to change the way we work and are now offering a call-back or Zoom appointment with a caseworker Monday to Friday.
There are a few steps you need to take to request a call-back or book a Zoom appointment:

- If you request a call-back a caseworker will call you.
- For a Zoom appointment a caseworker will be in touch with the details of your appointment. When it’s time for your appointment click on the link you’ve been sent and your appointment will begin.
