It was fantastic to accompany Councillor Huw David and Bridgend County Borough Council Deputy Leader Jane Gebbie to the Big Breakfast for Prostate Cymru put on by Kenfig Hill RFC.

Not only did they provide some fantastic information but they provided a lovely breakfast too!
