Another fantastic Richard Burton 10k in Cwmafan today, and I’ve kept the streak going, having run it every year since 2014!

Brilliant to see around 4,000 people taking part in the 10K and the Mini Miler. It’s a real testament to the strength and spirit of our local community.

Huge thanks to all the organisers, volunteers, and supporters who make this such a special event every year.

And yes — I managed to keep it under the hour again (just about!)
