I want to say a huge thank you to a top trio of kind-hearted women who have raised more than £1,000 for the Royal British Legion.
The group (pictured above) , known as The Mask Girlies, have been making facemasks since June and raised £1,200 through mask sales during October and November.
They have also been making laundry bags for the PPE for the Carer Services, Ambulance Teams and NHS.
Mask Girlies Susie Bond, Jo Matthews and Steph Jones have sewed many thousands of these items and after paying the expenses for materials have donated all the money raised into Community Charity funds.
The sewing girls have voluntarily given many hours of their own time in sewing and selling of these masks.
